Part comic book, film noir and part comedy
It was comical in the way some of the dialog went about it with exactly 280,000 volts which would boil the blood, not heal it, but this is comic book fiction made to almost seem noir-ish. Some of the ending in the sewers was taken directly from the film, He Walks By Night, but I can live with that.. None the less I enjoyed it and Lon Cheney though he was cast to play a washed up role did the silent parts as well as anyone being that's where is career began. Heck yeah this was a good flick to watch.. Nobody will ever make the claim it has gripping, spine tingling dialog though and suspense? There's more suspense in wondering if the Cincinnati Bengals are ever going to win again..

I was pleasantly surprised
Production quality compared to many old films on here is first rate. The movie has a great film noir feel to it and those who are really in to this will notice it right off. It holds up really well for it's age and the quality of the film print is exceptional. All in all, I say, give it a look and, it's definitely worth the effort to download it.

Bored bored bored
The idea isn't bad (killer brought back to life after execution), but it's just plain dull. Not quite bad enough to be really funny, nowhere near good enough to be close to good. There are a lot worse (better) out there. I give it a 2 for Chaney, but that's all I can muster for this snoozefest.
